Caicedo, Antioquia

Our coffee comes from Caicedo, a small mountain town in Antioquia, Colombia, founded in 1872.

Small farmers there grow Castillo, Colombia and Caturra at 1,800–2,100 meters. They sell through Aprokafe, a buying center led by Elkin Diosa that handles quality control and storage to specialty standards.

We import it through Those Coffee People, who pay 20% above Colombia’s standard coffee price.

Pastries

Every pastry is made in-house by our pastry chef, Alayne.
